"This might be the best new cocktail menu of of the summer. If gin and tonic is your thing, you’ll want to get your hands on Gin #1 through Gin #5 at the Rusty Pelican. The five mixed beverages play on various flavors. Think lemon and basil, but also passion fruit and tarragon. For a rustic taste with heat, go from the Agave Sunset, which is made with El Jimador Tequila an blue agave, and the Floridita is a must-try for drinkers with a sweet tooth: It’s made with Bacardie rum, fresh lime juice, sugar cane syrup, Angostura bitters, mint and egg."
